Janie met Cousin Alice today.
Road Trip!
Janie is heading to Southern California for the weekend. Uncle Jason and Auntie Jia came over in the morning to hang out for a bit.
Both Daddy and Uncle Jason had to work. You can see Uncle Jason taking a work call.
At noon, they packed up the car and started driving and they stopped for lunch.

They arrived in Buena Park by 10:15 pm. Phew! Long day.
Redwood City
Auntie Jia and Uncle Jason have moved to a bigger place in Redwood City.
She had a great time playing with them.
Auntie Jia bought a cool easel from IKEA and Janie tested it out for her.
She was so proud of her drawings.
She also got to try some habanero salsa with the chips that came to our dinner table.
Wow, her tolerance for spicy foods is impressive.

Picking up Koa
We drove down to Foster City to pick up Koa when we returned to SF.
Janie had some tasty purple rice and spinach at the Korean restaurant.
She also got to play with Auntie Jia. Yay!
Italian Feast
Janie had a fun time at dinner tonight. She had some spaghetti and enjoyed herself thoroughly.
Sitting across from Auntie Jia was pretty entertaining too. 🙂
Catching up
Janie got to do some catching up with Auntie Jia today.

Uncle Jason and Auntie Jia came over this weekend. She enjoyed lounging in Uncle Jason’s lap. Yes, she really did enjoy it despite the mean look she’s giving me while I was snapping this photo.
She also enjoyed making faces with Auntie Jia…as usual.

Happy July 4th!! Janie spent the day at Uncle Jason and Auntie Jia’s house.

Wine & Arts Festival
Auntie Jia and Uncle Jason were volunteering at the festival in Foster City today so we went to check it out. Janie had a fun time walking around and smiling at all the people.
