We went on an extra-long bike ride to Southshore Center today.
Peanut did a great job following the road, pedaling up the Bay Farm Island bridge, and controlling his speed on the way down.
We also got him a haircut. It was so cold outside while we were waiting that he had to wear Dada’s hoodie.
We are so happy to have outdoor dining back! We went to Trabocco and enjoyed all our favorites for lunch today.
Mama loves this photo of Peanut when he was a baby. He used to get baths in the bathroom sink and the washcloth was enough to keep him from getting too cold. We still use that washcloth for to clean our faces but look at how much Peanut has grown!
Peanut made this jet that breaks into 5 separate pieces.
It’s great how creative he is with his Legos lately. Makes mixing up the sets a little more worthwhile.
Here’s his explanation of how it splits up.
The nice thing about having Kung Fu at the park is how nice it is to lay out on a blanket in the sun when you’re waiting your turn.
This last always been a fun activity to do as a kid. It’s a mixture of cornstarch and water. If it’s moving, it is a solid state but once you let it rest, it “melts” into a liquid.
Mama worked on this puzzle this weekend and the kids helped fill in the last few pieces.
We drove back to Alameda today.
To stretch our legs, we stopped in Santa Nella and took some funny photos.
It’s 2021 and we are hopeful for a better year. Happy 2021!
We are all so happy to say goodbye to 2020. To celebrate, Uncle Johnny made macarons and the kids helped out.
Mama flew back in time to enjoy some hot pot and to do the countdown to 2021. This was the first time spent NYE with the family all together. Happy New Year!
