We got an easel at IKEA over the weekend and the kids have been having a lot of fun with it. They took turns drawing and we ended up with this cool collage of stuff. Makes me want to frame it.
Watch us grow!

Peanut drew himself and Janie on different grassy hills outside. The blue circles are clouds.

Peanut was in dire need of a haircut but unfortunately it did not come out as nicely as it usually does. Oh well, he’ll be back to Bruce Lee status again in no time!

Peanut has become a big fan of Elsa lately.

These kids…so wacky sometimes…actually, most of the time.

On Thursdays, Mama volunteers in Janie’s classroom and leaves notes in her pencil box. It’s funny how Janie dates them and replies back.

It’s Veteran’s Day and with Mama at work and no school, Janie was invited to Jasper’s house for the whole day again. When she arrived, there was an agenda and then they were off!

They went to the playground again (across the street from his house).

They did some coding on their iPads.

After lunch, they made chocolate chip cookies and then went outside again while they cooled.

It looks like they had a lot of fun again!

We made a trip to IKEA and the kids came home with an easel and toy cash register. How fun!

The kids were prolific with the watercolors today.

Today, Team Spain had their last game of the season. Janie did a great job as goalie (that’s her making the save) and almost scored at goal!
She had a lot of hustle and good footwork today.

After the game, the team met up at Linguini’s for a pizza party. Coach Henon also handed out trophies to all the girls.

Peanut sat with his buddy Evan while he ate his lunch.

We also got a cute photo of Zoe and Janie together. It was fun having Uncle Jimmy as our assistant coach this season!

As a special treat, Mama and Auntie Eleen walked Janie, Zoe, Peanut, and Aliya to the game store down the street. They have Pokemon card dispensers there!

For 75 cents, you can get 5 Pokemon cards from the machine. So fun!

We are so proud of our big girl. It was her first time playing on a soccer team and she made some big improvements throughout the season. She was also selected to play in the All-Star game in December but we will be in Hawaii that day. It’s too bad she won’t get to play but we still couldn’t be any prouder.
