I love this happy little eater. She’s still saying “mummum” when she wants more but today it looked like she was signing “more” too. Or maybe she was just clapping. Hm…whatever it is – it’s still better than screaming.
“Happy Easter! Aaaand here’s a shovel!”
“Here’s a snuggle for Bunny.”
“KThxBye! I’ve got some walking to do!”
Janie is the most fun to play with and watch in the early morning after she’s had her milk. Lately she’s been doing this snuggling thing to her stuffed animals including this very familiar duck. She’s also been doing it to family people. So sweet! Where does she learn this stuff??!
She also flipped through her all-time favorite book all on her own.
Janie loves this playground. Whenever we walk past it, she gets really excited. Funny how she spends every afternoon here with Mirian and never seems to get tired of it.
It’s the perfect park for a little girl her age and level of development. The entire space is gated off and made with a squishy floor and sand. There’s a little wall in the shape of a spiral for almost-endless cruising. The older kids like to walk on it too.
Janie’s favorite part is the rope ladder in the middle. It seems like Janie could just hang out here all day.
She’s just started riding the horsies. She holds on really well but I can’t quite let go of her yet.
This photo says it all. Looks like she’s saying, “This is MY playground, everybody!” Just wait until she starts walking!!!
Janie has a little commentary about her orange. I think she likes it.
Janie loves noodles and she got to eat some spaghetti for dinner tonight.
She loved it and so did Koa.
She also got a nice long bath afterward.
We snuck Janie into the kiddie pool at the Sheraton. Good times…
A little girl came by with the same floatie.
We spent the afternoon at Ka’anapali Beach and Black Rock. Janie was still afraid of the waves so she played in the sand under umbrella.
