Tummy Time is getting a little easier for Peanut lately. He even smiled and babbled this morning during his morning exercise.
He also likes looking at himself in the mirror on the Mr. Crab’s belly.
Watch us grow!

Mama made plans to have lunch with her friends at work today and we arrived early enough for some snuggle time with Heather, Mama’s manager. He was very chatty with her today.
He also got to hang out with Auntie Karen and Auntie Trang!
At lunch, he got a bit fussy and ended up falling asleep on Mama’s lap while she ate lunch.
After a quick snooze, Peanut went back to the hospital for some playtime with his new buddy Max, who was born only 10 days earlier. We took a side-by-side photo of them and Peanut is looking large and in charge!
They also did some Tummy Time together and did a pretty good job.
Then they eventually got tired together with very similar expressions.
This morning’s Tummy Time was on Mama’s bed and he lasted much longer this morning because he was able to see himself on the front-facing camera on Mama’s phone.
He seemed very entertained by the chubby baby that was looking at him.
What a funny kid. Maybe I should buy him a mirror for these occasions.
Peanut doesn’t enjoy Tummy Time but it’s something he’s gotta do evreyday.
I gave him a pillow today and he maintained for so much longer and seemed a little less annoyed.
I can’t believe he’s two month old already! This month has been all about fattening up and growing for him. Here are some highlights:
Mama couldn’t decide which photo was best so she posted a bunch of these 2-month pictures.
Happy 2 Months, Peanut!! We love you and look forward to so many more new milestones!
Our little guy is 1 month old today!! SO, out came the quilt and here is his 1-month photo. So much has happened in his first month and we are so proud of this little chubster. Here are some highlights:
Happy 1 Month, Baby Boy! We love you so much and look forward to watching you grow and develop!! Love you!!
Peanut turned 1 month old today so I took some portraits of the little guy.
Look at those big eyes – so wide awake.
Here he is chilling out with his puppy. He likes to have his hands up by his face – similar to what he did when he was in utero. That’s why it was so hard to get an ultrasound picture of his face and why it was so hard to push him out. Can’t wait for those little thighs to fill out.
After Janie goes to school, Peanut still has a full day ahead of him. It started out with some Tummy Time. Instead of trying to lift his head, he decided to suck his hand.
Then after eating, he took a nap on Mama’s lap.
Later in the day, he was wide awake and hung out with Mama in her lap.
He also rode in the carrier and fell asleep.
After another feeding, he passed out again and was in a milk coma. Being 13 days old is hard work.
Peanut had tummy time today for the first time and was able to lift his head for brief moments. He did this while he was yawning.
