It was an especially warm day in SF today. Peanut got to play in just a diaper after he woke from his morning nap.

This happy guy also got scrambled egg for breakfast. Yum!

For lunch, we went outside to The Yard and Peanut got watermelon for the first time.

He gobbled it up by the fistful!

After finishing her lunch, Janie decided it would be cooler to sit under the table with her milk.

Peanut has been doing a lot more social interaction lately. The most beneficial is now that he knows that if he says “mum-mum”, he’ll get more. It’s SO much better than his screaming. He also started doing a mischievous nose scrunch to get a reaction.

This kids were all smiles today.

Mama had to work today so the kids were home with Dada for most of the day. I love these photos that Janie takes while Dada is taking care of Peanut.

We had a quiet Monday while everyone went to work, school, and their usual outings. In the afternoon, we said our goodbyes and headed to the airport.

Before boarding our plane, Janie showed us how she winks. Heh heh. It’s hilarious. This is also one of our last sightings of Little Guy. More on that in a bit.

This is also the very last photo of Janie with her BFF. It’s hard to tell but it’s clutched in her left arm.

Peanut got his own seat and sat next to a nice gentleman who was very tolerant of him trying to share his snacks and always wanting to play with his arm.

The flight went well and both kids did great…that was until the plane stopped and we had to wait to deplane. At that point, Janie totally lost her cool and started to cry and yell “THERE’S TOO MANY PEOPLE! I WANT TO GET OFF THE PLANE!” Then Peanut started to cry too. Sheesh. By then both Mama and Dada were flustered and tried to get off the plane as quickly as possible. We didn’t realize Little Guy was gone until we arrived at the In N Out just outside of the airport. By then, Little Guy was either thrown in the trash or flew back to Long Beach that night. Regardless, we called and called and filed a report at the customer service desk with no luck.
FYI: Janie has no idea that she left him on the plane. She fell asleep in the car on the way home and woke up with the second Little Guy that we pulled out of our hiding spot at home.

This guy got a kick out of himself today. I also caught a glimpse of him cruising a bit. He can go about 2-3 steps before falling on his butt now.

We drove down to Burlingame to try out a new seafood restaurant with Auntie Vyl.

On the drive down, the kids were entertaining each other. I love watching them together.

They seated us at the bar and Peanut sat on Mama’s lap for part of the meal.

Janie and Isla sat next to each other and shared lots of giggles together.

After dinner, we went back to Rowan and Isla’s house. This time, Peanut was sturdy enough to freely explore the livingroom on his own and pulled himself up at the sofa.

He also liked touching the fuzzy pillows nearby. He’s such a big boy now.

This afternoon, Mama picked up Janie from school on her way home from work. Janie was playing with the Magna-Tiles and trains.

Mama later made dinner and Peanut had egg for the first time and he’s not allergic to egg whites or yolks. Hooray!

Looks like he thoroughly enjoyed Mama’s cauliflower, ground turkey, and egg dish today.

Ta and Yai got some cute photos with Peanut today.
