Daddy’s home!
Daddy just got back from NYC tonight and Janie was so happy to see him.
Morning Activities
This morning Janie had some things to take care of before Mommy went to work. First was to walk the dog while drinking her morning milk.
It was like a bonus walk outside!
Then as Mommy got her lunch ready, Janie tried to take her socks and shoes off for playtime before Mirian arrived. What a big girl!

Koa is such a good boy. Janie loves him so much and she always makes that distinct mmm sound whens she’s giving huggy hugs…especially to Koa.
Mommy & Me Day #2
Since Daddy was away and Mommy went to work later than usual today, Janie got an extra walk in the morning with Koa before Mirian arrived.
She insisted on pulling her socks off.
This evening, Janie shared spinach and cheese ravioli with Mommy and had a fantastic time making a mess.
She also gobbled up the kiwi that Daddy bought the other day. Score!
After dinner and a bath, Janie went to say hello to Koa and tried to give him a hug again. Silly baby!
Mommy & Me Day #1
Daddy flew out to Colorado this morning for a conference. So Janie had a full day of activity with Mommy. Here are some highlights:
Shopping at Target.
Snacks and a Walk Outside
Janie got her first set of Legos.
A Ride on Muni to the Mall
Janie went to the playground and played with a car she found.
She was having so much fun that when it was time to go home, she had a super tantrum. She cried so hard she almost passed out. It was pretty scary for Mommy.
Koa made her feel better on the ride home.
Sideways Huggy Hug
Janie tries to give Koa a huggy hug every once in a while. She needs to work on her timing because this is what it usually looks like. Pretty funny.
Kibble
There was a role reversal this morning. Koa was supervising while Janie was playing with Koa’s kibble. Unfortunately she got a taste too. Blegh! I guess it was inevitable and at least the kibble is organic.
