Peanut “helped” Mama with the laundry this evening while dinner was being prepared by Dada and Janie. He was so proud of himself and took his “helping” very seriously.

This is how I left these two kids this morning when I went to work. Dada was on a work call so Janie was in charge.
She did a great job keeping him occupied with some puffs.
She also got dressed on her own and then Mimi helped braid her hair. So cute!!

Janie wanted to hold her baby brother this morning but he wasn’t really in the mood.
She was really good at acknowledging that he was unhappy and tried her best to soothe him.
She tried shushing and then gave him the pacifier, which eventually helped with a little patience.
Sunday Afternoon
This afternoon, Janie finished this puzzle ALL ON HER OWN!! She was so proud of herself.
Later, she made playdough spaghetti with Yai.
She also helped give Peanut a bottle with a little bit of Mama’s help.
A weekend also wouldn’t be complete without a trip to Costco to buy milk. The AC was also nice on this very warm day in SF.
Janie also skipped her nap this afternoon so she was out by 7pm.
First Bath
Now that his belly button and circumcision is all healed, it was time for Peanut to have his first real bath.

Just like his big sister, he cried for a lot of the bath but then had some moments of being calm in the water.

He also had his hair washed today and it made his hair nice a fluffy afterward.
Our happy boy was back after he was dried and warmed up a bit. So cute.
