Janie had her 6th birthday party today and it was at Aquatech!!
The kids got an hour of free swim with all the floaties and toys available to them.
Peanut didn’t want to swim so he had lots of snacks.
After swimming, we all had pizza and snacks.
Then it was time for the birthday cake!
Henry and Hudson loved it.

Happy 6th Birthday, Big Girl!
It was our usual Friday afterschool with the kids playing outside. That was until Janie came running in asking for her math workbook and the table.
The kids thought it would be fun to do math problems outside. Peanut also wanted to join in on the fun and did some doodling too.
It’s nice to see that after a whole year of living next to each other and seeing each other all day at school, they are still good friends.
Friday afternoons are so much fun. Today, Gavin and Collin were outside and the kids all played soccer together.
Peanut also played with his trains. After dinner and bath time, the kids made a clubhouse near the front door and Dada joined in on the fun too.
We moved in one year ago and the kids are still loving it here in our little neighborhood. The families are great, the park/playgound is still fun, and we’re making lots of friends at both Janie and Peanut’s schools.
The kids spent a good part of the day outside today. It was sunny but cold enough to need a couple layers.The kids set-up camp right in front of our front door at one point.
Peanut brought a bunch of his toys outside and remembered to bring them all in at the end of the day.
In the evening, Janie and Gavin collected snails and then made a “home” for them with lots of leaves and twigs.
Dada went to Costco with Peanut too get the tires changed on the white car. They did a little shopping while they waited and picked up a new Lego set. When we got home, Gavin came over to work on it with Janie.
We stayed home today since Janie is sick but the kids still had a good time.
They sang song, played with MagnaTiles, and even went outside for some fresh air.
They had a brief time with Gavin and ate lunch outside before going back inside for a nap.
Janie and Gavin spent the day outside at their little table drawing and playing games.
The kids spent all day playing outside and took a break on the bench to watch a couple videos together. Peanut had his own “laptop” too.
They also had fun chasing Gavin’s Dad’s drone.
