Peanut was busy sweeping in front and in the patio today.

Watering the Plants
Day with Yai
Janie stayed home with Yai today while Peanut went to school for the day.
They took the bus to Southshore Center and had Chipotle for lunch.
Janie ordered her own food and then scored a candy pop from See’s afterward.
They later picked up Peanut from school and played on the swings when they got home. Mama and Dada were went to a concert tonight in Berkeley and wouldn’t be back until late.
Peanut also did some sweeping in front of the house before dinner.
Yai made macaroni for the kids and they gobbled it all up.

This afternoon, Peanut swept up the crumbs he made and then built himself a big Duplo tower. Being almost 2 is hard work!
Cleaning up
This morning, Janie shredded some papers and Peanut helped sweep up the toys.
Tidying Up
We got this boy tidying up the house before company arrived. His technique is very interesting.
Backyard Fun
This afternoon, the kids spent time in the backyard while Ta was doing some gardening. Peanut found the bucket of water and started scooping. That’s when the pants came off.
He got a refill on the water and went to work.
He worked on scooping and pouring the water onto the plants.
Meanwhile the girls played in the sandbox and made soup.
Helping
Peanut “helped” Mama with the laundry this evening while dinner was being prepared by Dada and Janie. He was so proud of himself and took his “helping” very seriously.
