A Day at Toni and Thomas’ House
The kids spent with the day with Toni and Thomas!
Of course there was pool time and lunch together.
Peanut even managed to get a nap in on the sofa too!

Mama flew home today and the kids did a group facetime call to say goodnight.

Janie made some medals for everyone out of paper. How cool!
Animal Crossing Birthday
The best part of having the family in our summer bubble is that we can have a birthday party! For Peanut’s 5th birthday, we had an Animal Crossing theme complete with presents with balloons, fishing, and lots of fruit.
Peanut also asked for a cake with marshmallows and strawberries. So that’s what he got!
We also made s’mores and they were so yummy!

Peanut is FIVE!
Our Peanut turned 5 years old today! It started with an early morning trip with Mama to buy a birthday donut.
Later that afternoon, we went to Yai and Ta’s house for his King’s Hawaiian paradise cake.
It was like a redo from his first birthday when he did not like the cake very much. He only tasted it and then cried.
On his fifth birthday, he thoroughly enjoyed the cake and gobbled up the entire slice.
Here’s a review of some things he accomplished this past year:
- Completed Pre-Kindergarten and started remote Kindergarten during a pandemic.
- Learned how to ride a bicycle.
- Took his first ride on a ski lift and snowboarded with the family.
- Learned how to swim and took the floaties off.
- Learned how to read 3-letter words.

Backyard BBQ
It’s just another day in Cerritos with the family! This evening, they had a BBQ in Alice and Leela’s backyard complete with food, obstacle courses, and a campfire with s’mores!
