Thursdays look extra fun. They get music with Mr. Chris and then go for their nature walk.

Peanut worked on sorting this morning.
He also helped push a friend on a bike.
The teachers captured him during his nap today and he looked so comfy.
Peanut’s Thursday
Peanut’s Thursday started out with music time with Mr. Chris.
Then they went for their weekly nature walk down to the lagoon.
They found ducks swimming around.
He also rode the tricycle around and around.
After nap, Mama picked him up and took him to swim class. He enjoyed it for the most part but still doesn’t like floating on his back.
Lunch Duty
Mama helped with lunch at school today and Janie was so excited to show her how she picks up her school lunch.
She also surprised us by ordering the hambuger herself and eating the whole thing! She normally doesn’t like burgers so this was a big deal!
Wild Life Assembly
Mama attended Janie’s Wild Life Assembly today. This is her walking with her class to the multipurpose room with “her finger on her lip and a hand on her hip”.
There were so many cool animals shown at the presentation!
Best of all was this 6-ft-long alligator!
At the end, Janie was brave enough to touch it too!!
Walking to School
Mama dropped Janie off at school this morning and parked just outside of the playground. It was just 10 minutes before the bell and she asked if she could jump out and walk to her playground on her own. She looked so proud as she walked away with her backpack like a big kid.
So unhappy…
The teachers had reported that Peanut was not loving Picture Day last week. They had him go last and he was saying “NO!” up until the very end. Here’s the result.
He looked ok in the class picture. We will not be ordering photos this time around. Luckily they do it again in the Spring.
Back in Action
Peanut went to school today and he was back to his old self.
