The longest drive
We drove down to Cerritos tonight and were very unlucky to be behind a really big accident on I-5. It took us WAY too long to get there.
Snorkel
In preparation for her first trip to Hanauma Bay, Janie tried out her snorkel set in the pool.
Morning Walk
One of Peanut’s favorite things to do is wake up early to take a Mommy-only walk to the ABC Store.
Today, we picked out a pair of sunglasses for him and got some Spam musubi for a morning snack.
We also stopped at Starbucks for some coffee for Mama. Peanut happily waited outside with this snack.

Riding to Kung Fu
We rode bikes to Kung Fu today. So fun!
Bike Ride
We went on an extra-long bike ride to Southshore Center today.
Peanut did a great job following the road, pedaling up the Bay Farm Island bridge, and controlling his speed on the way down.
We also got him a haircut. It was so cold outside while we were waiting that he had to wear Dada’s hoodie.
Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas!! We are gonna keep out PJs on until lunch today!
Christmas Day was spent at Toni and Thomas’ house with Round 2 of presents in the late morning.
Skateboard
Janie went to a skate shop with Dada yesterday and picked out a real skateboard.
Mama took her to Target today to get her a new helmet too. She has outgrown her “watermelon helmet” that she got when she was two years old. 🙂
Rainbow Drive-in
UNIQLO is selling t-shirts that feature some of our favorite places in Hawaii. I got these matching shirts for the kids for only $6 each! We love to eat at Rainbow Drive-in and miss Hawaii.
