It’s another early morning for this boy and his Mama so we picked up udon from Marukame Udon and brought it back to the hotel room for big sister.

Thanks to Auntie Yoon’s tray table, the two kids had a nice breakfast together on the floor. Hooray for morning udon!!

We had a very low-key Sunday night. Dada set up both kids in the livingroom, turned on Octonauts, and warmed up leftover pizza from yesterday’s dinner.

Surprisingly, Peanut stayed in his chair the whole time, happily ate his chicken, and got big sister’s pizza crust at the end.

In this video, he says his version of thank you and gracias. When he says thank you, it sounds more like “dats”. He JUST started saying “gracias” today and you can barely hear it in this video. I just love watching this emoji interact with his sister.

This evening Ankong and Ama were babysitting Toni and Thomas so we went over to help. The boys had fun eating and playing together.

Toni and Thomas came over this morning to play. Uncle Jesse and Toni Jessie were reunited.

Uncle Jason and his Mini-Me were also reunited.

It was fun to see the cousins playing together.

Thomas tried to give Peanut a kiss.

They also had a snack and read a book together with Auntie Jia.

We definitely had a full house today and it was so much fun!

We drove straight to Royal Garden from the airpot for dim sum with all of KK and Peanut’s uncles, aunties, and cousins.

We had been looking forward to this weekend for a very long time and it was so nice to see everyone.

Peanut got right to work on lunch and tried using a fork on his own today.

He had such a good time poking and eating on his own.

Look how popular Auntie Jia was today.

Janie was so happy to see her cousins Alice and Toni.

At one points, all 5 kids were at the fountain together but it was pretty impossible to get them to stay in one place and look at the camera at once.

This was the perfect way to kick off the long weekend and we had a satisfying meal after a long morning of travel.

These two…playing together in the morning when they wake up and in the evening before going to bed.

It’s the 6th week of soccer and Janie was ready to go today.

She did a much better job staying with the group and did lots of running and kicking.

Little Guy came along to watch this morning.

Of course, Peanut also came along too and did some doodling to pass the time.

Here’s video clip of Janie dribbling the ball across the field today.

On the way home, we stopped at the playground and the kids actually played together this time around.

It’s nice that Peanut is far more mobile and stable so that he can enjoy some of the riding toys.

Afterschool, the kids stopped everything and sat down together to watch Puffin Rock. It’s a cartoon about a big sister puffin named Una and her little brother Baba.

Janie narrated to her little brother and said “Peanut, that’s you but you can’t fly.”

Mama was cleaning the house and found these wooden blocks that had been stored away. When Peanut started playing with them, he started stacking them! It’s amazing how much he knows without anyone teaching him. This video is funny because it’s a typical interaction between him and his sister. She says she’s “playing” with him but then he ends up with only 2 cubes…maybe none.

Here’s a video of Peanut trying to get to his big sister’s tower (likely to knock it down) but gets hugged instead. Then he actually stacks 5 blocks all on his own!
