This is still one of Janie’s favorite dinners and now it’s become one of Peanut’s too.

Peanut also LOVES to slurp soup straight from the bowl.

These kids love noodles and had a blast eating soba with salmon this evening.

After visiting the house, we had lunch at the In N Out Burgers next to the Oakland Airport.

This guy loves their french fries!

We also stopped for gas and got a car wash, which Peanut did not like one bit.

At Costco, we put both kids in the shopping cart and equipped them with their own thermos of milk. It’s great to be prepared.

These kids often sit together on the kitchen mat to drink their milk. They were particularly cute together today.

We had dinner at SPARK Social SF today. Dada bought ramen for everyone to share and the kids thoroughly enjoyed it.

For dessert, we had mini cinnamon sugar donuts made to order.

Janie also made friends with these two boys. She ran around, climbed, jumped off logs, and also made a barricade on the upper deck of the double-decker bus.

Here’s a photo that Dada took of the kids making the barricade.

Peanut had fun climbing up and down the large steps to the platform.

This may be our last visit to this place for a while and the kids made most of it. In fact, Janie cried when it was time to go home.

One of our favorite neighborhood restaurants is La Briciola. It’s an Italian restaurant complete with white linens and bread basket. Both kids were on their best behavior tonight and made it such a pleasant dining experience.

They sat through the bread course, appetizer course, pasta and rice course, meat course, and even dessert!

Both kids loved the linguini and clams and Peanut had some risotto. They both tried the lamb and asked for more. Janie also ordered the dessert herself – fresh strawberries with vanilla gelato. Yum!

It’s good to know that we can still do some fine dining with these two monsters. We were so proud of them tonight.

Dada and Janie were running late for dinner so Peanut got started. He was so excited to sit in Big Sister’s chair at the table!

He happily ate his pasta with ground beef and spinach. Yum!

We tried a new restaurant next to 99 Ranch Market. While we waited for the food, the kids did some coloring on their placemats.

The porridge was a hit with both kids.

We had spaghetti night and Peanut’s hair is getting so long that we needed to pull it back with one of Janie’s clips. So cute.

We went out for dinner this evening to one of our usual places – Public House.

Janie ordered the mini corndogs from the kids menu today.

This may be our last time at this restaurant for a while so we took a family photo at our usual table in the corner.
