Mama took Janie and Alice on a girls walk to Daiso and then got some boba for the walk back. The girls enjoyed this special shopping adventure and treat at the end.
El Dorado Park
We went to El Dorado Park to ride bikes and surreys and then had a BBQ picnic.
Garage Time
It’s amazing how long these two an play together in the front area and the garage. I think they clocked 6 hours total today.
Flying Home
Time to fly back to Alameda!! Peanut fell asleep on the plane ride.
Uncle Jason’s Birthday
We celebrated Uncle Jason’s Birthday a little early tonight. Happy Birthday, Uncle Jason!
Dinner Together
The kids all had another dinner together tonight.
Cousin Time
Ramen
On our way back to Cerritos, we stopped for dinner at a ramen place. There were bubbles in the fountain out front!
The kids were so hungry. Peanut was a ramen-eating monster.
What a fun mini-vacation we had!!
Green Belt Test
Janie had her Green Belt Test today so Peanut came prepared with things to do and things to eat.
Here is her routine and kick.
She passed and brought home another broken board. She moves up to a Green-Black Belt.
After the test, we went to have lunch at a new Japanese curry/katsu place.
They had tables outside so we actually got to sit down and eat at the restaurant for a change.
Towata Park
On Saturdays, the kids go to Kung Fu in the morning and then we go to the food trucks at Southshore Center parking lot to pick up lunch. Since they no longer have tables and chairs there, we take it to-go and eat it at the nearby park that has a pretty view of Bay Farm and the city in the background.
