Pizza and Gelato
The Agustins happened to have swim class at the same time as Janie so we stuck around and had lunch with them afterward. We all had some tasty pizza and then the kids got mini gelatos. The two littles (also classmates) had a good time eating their berry gelato.
Pretend Snacking
Mama found Peanut lounging in Dada’s chair pretending to eat a snack. Pretty funny.
Raspberry Fingers
Dinner at IKEA
We had to visit IKEA this evening to finalize our kitchen cabinet order. So, the kids got to eat at the cafe tonight.
Smoothies
Today was the first day of the kitchen remodel so we had to stay out until at least 5pm. After dropping the cousins off at the airport, Mama took the kids to Jamba Juice for a cool treat. It was particularly warm and extra smoky from the Napa fires today.
Day in the City
Janie and Peanut were both off for Columbus Day so they had one extra day with the cousins. We picked them up from their hotel in the morning and also got a free breakfast in the lobby.
We drove to San Francisco and spent the day at the Ferry Plaza and playground.
Leela got to swing for the first time and seemed to enjoy it.
Peanut was extra silly inside the boat structure.
After lunch, the girls were treated to some soft serve at Gott’s. Janie got rainbow sprinkles and Alice got gummy bears!
Meanwhile the babies took their naps in their matching strollers.
Dinner on Bay Farm
For dinner we had a belated birthday celebration for Mama and Uncle Johnny at Trabocco. We actually managed to get a decent group photo this evening!
For dessert, we went to Loard’s for ice cream!! Yay!
Visitors!
Uncle Johnny, Auntie Joy, Alice, and Leela are visiting this weekend! Luckily we have a super van with 4 seats ready for all the kids! We’ve got a booster for Janie and carseat for Alice in the 3rd row plus a baby seat for Leela and carseat for Peanut in the 2nd row.
We picked them up from the airport this morning.
They all came over and the kids got to sit together for lunch.
Leela even got to try out Peanut’s booster seat!
Free Dinners
We had to go to IKEA this evening so we had dinner at the cafe. It happens to be Tuesday, which is the day that kids eat for FREE!! YAY!
