Buns and BBQ

On our last evening in Cerritos, we went out for Korean BBQ with Ankong and Ama. The wait for our table took so long that the kids needed a snack. Conveniently, 85 degrees is right next door so they each got a little something to keep them happy.

Christmas Day

We went to Toni and Thomas’ house for Christmas Day. The kids all got to play with each other while Dada and Uncle Jason prepared the standing rib roast.

Of course there were lots of presents to open that day. Some were opened in the morning and some were opened in the evening.

We love having everyone together again.

Merry Christmas!!

Gift Exchange

For lunch, we went to Uncle Dayantha’s house to hang out with Mama and Dada’s old friends from high school. We also brought Alice and Leela to the party.

We had a gift exchange where the kids gave a gift to one friend each.

Auntie Holly also brought a treasure box for the kids to pick what they wanted.

The kids made a big mess but had a great time. Auntie Krissy even brought out crafts for the kids to do together. So fun!! Thanks to Uncle Dayantha, Auntie Krissy, and Oliver for hosting!!!

Day with Daddy

Peanut stayed home with Daddy today. It was Pajama Day at Janie’s school and I guess he had a Pajama Morning at breakfast. They went out out to Jim’s by the Course and had quite a feast.

After breakfast, they hung out in bed until lunch time.

It’s nice to see that he changed into regular clothes for his lunch outing.

They dressed up for the occasion and were ready for a ride around downtown to see all the lights.

Peanut got a seat right up front with the driver and had fun singing and dancing to the music they played during the ride.
