OK, so we didn’t do all the things we had planned but Janie still had lots of fun.

Uncle Johnny and Alice came over this morning and we all had breakfast together. Janie also did a much better job sharing toys with Alice today.

Then she went outside to ride one of the tricycles that Uncle Pish handed down to our family.

It’s fun to have so much sidewalk to explore and ride.

Then Mommy took a turn and we took some photos to recreate an old photo of Yai and Mommy.

Janie also practiced walking on a curb all by herself at the school parking lot.

Evening in Cerritos

This evening, Janie had some dinner, took a bath, and then hung out with Ta for a bit.

She also played with GG and Big GG in the shopping cart and made sure GG had her seatbelt on.

She also “called” Uncle Johnny from his old Lego phone.

Thanksgiving Dinner

Daddy and Mommy made a big turkey dinner and Yai brought up a Honeybaked ham.

Janie loved the ham and turkey and also had lots of mashed potato, cranberry sauce, and sweet potato.

We also chatted with Cousin Alice on FaceTime! They had already eaten dinner but we enjoyed their company anyway.

While Daddy and Mommy prepared Thanksgiving Dinner, Janie played with Yai and Ta. She sat in Ta’s lap to watch Thai soap operas for a bit.

Then she showed them all her toys.

It’s so much fun having family over at the house!! What a special day!

Mommy and Daddy had to pick up Auntie’s car from the airport this morning so Yai and Ta came over at 6:30 this morning to hang out with Janie. There was a Turkey Trot starting outside so they took a walk to cheer them on.

They waited by the statue for a bit and then went to take a closer look when the runners started to line up.

Unfortunately, the start involved police sirens that scared her. So when that started, she insisted on being carried. Poor Yai had to carry her all the way home.
