Peanut drew and wrote this today: “I do not like Kaylee and Alice playing iPad”.
Luckily he had Leela to play with and they enjoyed the pretend s’mores toy. It’s nice to have cousins.
Watch us grow!

It’s Christmas Eve and the kids got to open some of their presents this morning!!
Dada is smoking a brisket tonight and Peanut is helping out by holding the flashlight.
We took a drive to Chinatown today in search of Bruce Lee, almond cookies, a broom, and tasty Thai food.
The freeways were so empty that it took only 20 mins to get there from Cerritos and Chinatown was equally empty.
We found Bruce Lee pretty quickly and got some photos taken.
We also went to Phoenix Bakery and got some yummy almond cookies and other treats.
For lunch, we went to LAX-C and had some Thai street food. SOOOOO TASTY.
Peanut also go to eat the strawberry cake he wanted from the bakery.
At LAX-C, we went on the hunt for a specific broom that Yai asked for. We found it toward the entrance and made sure it was the same one that Yai has at home. Perfect!
We checked everything off the list today and had so much fun too!
UNIQLO is selling t-shirts that feature some of our favorite places in Hawaii. I got these matching shirts for the kids for only $6 each! We love to eat at Rainbow Drive-in and miss Hawaii.
The kids spent the afternoon in the garage and opened the kinetic sand box.
They worked together to make a layer cake with decorations too.
The kids did some drawing at lunch today and Peanut made a very elaborate rocket house.
It has lots of floors, grabbers outside, and Mama gets to relax.
We opted for tiny Christmas trees this year. The kids still got to do some decorating and they turned out really cute!
We added some tiny lights to make them extra festive.
Mama also put lights up outside and inside the house. We are ready for the holidays!
Peanut received his new yellow-black belt today. Way to go!
He’s like our very own Little Bruce Lee.
Yai bought the kids donuts this morning. These guys love sprinkle donuts.
Janie later showed the rest of the kids how to make paper airplanes.
Later that afternoon, we hopped back on the plane and headed back to Alameda. These kids were exhausted and both fell asleep on the way up.
