Peanut has a pretty good time at school. He also gets plenty messy!
One of his favorite things to do is playing on the riding toys.
He’s also learning how to wash his hands like a big kid.
Watch us grow!

Peanut has been learning how to wash hands on his own at school. It would be nice to have a sink that low at home.
With the early pick-up time today, Peanut and Mama got to spend some extra time together at home.
He also figured out how to reach the light switch by pushing the box up to the wall.
He also got an early bath before Janie and Dada got home.

This boy loves to take a bath and this new toy is very entertaining for him. He’s so content just scooping and pouring over and over again. The wheels are turning and he’s learning how so much.
We love Friday evenings. The kids get to play as late as they want and everyone is in a good mood because it’s the start of the weekend. This evening they were particularly fond of each other.
At dinner, the kids had their stuffies kissing at the table. I don’t know why they were at the table to begin with.
After dinner, the kids took at bath together and actually did a good job sharing.
Afterward, they played together very nicely in Peanut’s room for the first time. They made instruments together and played a song for Mama.
And then they rolled around on the carpet. I forget how novel carpet is to these two crazy kids.
This boy loves to play with the broom and dustpan. He practiced sweeping outside today.
He then went inside for a bath and practiced brushing his teeth too.
Here’s a Day in the Life of Peanut.
7:15 am Drop off at school. Breakfast is set at the table and Mama says goodbye. It’s so nice that he doesn’t cry anymore.
10:00 am Art at school. Look at that grasp! Mama’s so proud.
5:15 pm At the end of the day, they play outside and wait to get picked up. Mama found Peanut looking at books on the blanket outside today.
5:30 pm He’s home and starving. He sometimes eats dinner before Dada and Janie get home.
6:00pm Bath
6:30 pm Brush teeth and off to bed. He’s learning how to scrub his own teeth and gets to practice after Mama’s cleaned his teeth.
He likes to drink the water too. Good thing there’s no toothpaste on his brush.
Today was a day filled with appointments. First stop was the dentist. Janie and Peanut played with the video games while we waited for Uncle Randy.
Janie did a great job getting her teeth cleaned and x-rays taken. No cavities! Peanut also had his first exam and he cried and cried just like his big sister did on her first visit.
We later stopped at Whole Foods for a snack and were pleasantly surprised to see a step at the sink for kids.
Sophie and Avia showed up a little later and we sat down for a snack and a little treat. They sell Bubbies there!!
Look at these two girls. Reminds me of the first day they met.
Janie is the one in white. They met in September 2012 when she was 4 months old and Sophie was 8 months old. So cute!!!
This evening, we stopped at the condo to pack and move more stuff. Janie came along and did a great job keeping herself occupied.
She played with the remaining toys. Meanwhile, Peanut was back in Alameda with Yai having fun in the bathtub.
It’s nice that the kids can take a bath at the same time.
They have fun together most of the time.
