This afternoon, Janie was cutting paper into tiny pieces when Mama came to pick her up.

On the walk home, it suddenly got quiet from the stroller and it turned out that she had fallen asleep. Not sure how this evening will turn out.
Watch us grow!

This afternoon, Janie was cutting paper into tiny pieces when Mama came to pick her up.

On the walk home, it suddenly got quiet from the stroller and it turned out that she had fallen asleep. Not sure how this evening will turn out.

I was working on my laptop by the kitchen and looked down to find a snapshot of our life right now.

This morning, we took Janie to the Cal Academy of Sciences and Yai stayed home with Peanut. Janie had been asking to go to the aquarium for two weeks now so it was time.

We got there early enough for us to have plenty of room to explore the aquarium downstairs without the crowds.

Janie is such a big girl now that she helped herself to the tide pool by pushing up her sleeves and just going for it. When she was done touching everything, she cleaned her hands all on her own too!

As a special souvenir, we gave her 51 cents to get a pressed penny.

She chose the fishie penny – how appropriate.

Mommy didn’t pack any snacks today so we went to the cafe. Janie picked out the crudités with ranch dip and pretty much ate the whole thing.

What a fun morning!

And while we were out, Peanut slept…ah…

Peanut took a little nap with Dada this evening. He looks so comfy.

This guy was so content in his rocker all bundled up and awake.

That was until he pooped.

It made him pretty upset – probably because it was so stinky.

Meanwhile, big sister went to bed and looked so peaceful.

Eventually, Peanut also fell asleep and looked like such a little gentleman with his hand on his chest.

This afternoon, Peanut was a little fussy after he was done eating. It seemed like he wanted to stay upright so he rode in the front carrier until he fell asleep. This is Mama’s view from the top and it was so cute to see his arms crossed while he napped.

Peanut met more of Mama’s friends today at dinner. Tia Patty loved holding him and Auntie Nicole was so happy to meet him.

He also snoozed in Auntie Stephanie’s arms for a while. She had been itching to meet this little guy but was away in Pennsylvania for two weeks!!

She gave him these onesies. The “little peanut” onesie is perfect!

After Mama and Dada had lunch, we stopped at Target. This little guy likes to snooze in the stroller like his sister.

Peanut is smiling more while he sleeps.

He still likes sleeping in turtle mode too.

This afternoon, Janie finished this puzzle ALL ON HER OWN!! She was so proud of herself.

Later, she made playdough spaghetti with Yai.

She also helped give Peanut a bottle with a little bit of Mama’s help.

A weekend also wouldn’t be complete without a trip to Costco to buy milk. The AC was also nice on this very warm day in SF.

Janie also skipped her nap this afternoon so she was out by 7pm.
