Outdoor Dining
We did some outdoor dining at one of our favorite restaurants. We learned it was their last day before they will have to close for the holidays because of the upcoming COVID-19 surge.
Little Bruce Lee
Peanut received his new yellow-black belt today. Way to go!
He’s like our very own Little Bruce Lee.
Flu Shots for the Family
Today was flu shot day for our family. Both kids and Dada got theirs at the local Kaiser office here in Alameda. Mama already got hers at work last month. Now we’re all covered!
We also got a family pack of masks!
Halloween Homework
This guy had a packet pick-up this week and got a fireman helmet from the Alameda Fire Department.
He also had a Halloween activity to finish before school tomorrow.
Sunglasses
Peanut wore his sunglasses to morning message today. He also showed off the R rocket that he made yesterday after Zoom.
Kung Fu at the Park
We started Kung Fu again since they are open and have been holding classes at Lincoln Park. It’s nice to be able to hang out on a blanket in the sun instead of freezing in the studio.
Outdoor dining also opened up so we went out for lunch on Park St. They made a parklet in an alley so you can buy food to-go and eat at the tables.
Blankie Cape
I suppose the blankie cape gives him extra brushing power.
Crazy Peanut
Luckily he was not on a Zoom call while he was doing this. Just working on a Google slide assignment.
Sunglasses
Peanut went to Target with Mama today and said he needed sunglasses. So, we found some that fit and he picked out these cool orange ones. He insisted on wearing them out of the store after we paid for them.
