Peanut made this jet that breaks into 5 separate pieces.

It’s great how creative he is with his Legos lately. Makes mixing up the sets a little more worthwhile.
Here’s his explanation of how it splits up.
Watch us grow!

Peanut’s teacher encourages the class to sound out words and write what they hear. It’s fun to see Peanut’s drawings and writing develop.

Is the pumpkin big? No. Is the pumpkin little. Yes.

I see the he-u-co-tr (helicoptor).

We see the rocket. The rocket can flI.

This guy decided to camp out on our bedroom floor tonight. So, we got his bedtime stories there too.

Peanut had a Zoom meeting with his class today. It’s usually hard to keep him engaged but today seemed to go alright.
Auntie Jia sent us this video of Janie reading to her cousins.

Toni and Thomas had storytime with Janie again. This is a photo that Auntie Jia took from their house.

Homeschooling and sheltering in place would not be as productive or stimulating without the technology that we have nowadays. Janie had a Room 33 Meeting with her classmates.
Then a 90-minute Mandarin lesson with her usual teacher at Yu Ying. Her teacher does a great job keeping everyone engaged, listening, and participating. This is money well-spent!

Janie later had storytime with Toni, Thomas, and Peanut. She read them 4 books!!

We went to Uncle Jimmy’s house to not only watch the Super Bowl but to also wish Uncle Victor, Auntie Susie, and Baby Parker a farewell. They’re moving to Austin, TX in a couple weeks and sad to see them go.
Peanut did such as great job entertaining Parker during the party. We got some really good giggles out of him.

We will miss you all! Can’t wait to visit!
