Peanut wants to do lots of stuff on his own lately. Today, he insisted on taking his socks off. I love how his teacher has taught him the phrase “I did it!”
Grocery Shopping
After dinner, we all went to Safeway to buy some food for the week.
Peanut was on foot and loved being able to follow his sister around. He wanted to be just like her and dragged a basket around the whole store. 
Back in the ‘Hood
The kids were so happy to be back home and after a full day of school, Janie couldn’t wait to go outside to play with her friends in the neighborhood. She took off so fast we could barely get a photo of her. You can barely see her in the distance in the picture above.
Meanwhile, Peanut was perfectly happy with his bubbles and MooCow.
Flight Home
We flew home today it was an empty flight! Yay!
Peanut got his own seat and Dada and Janie got an empty middle seat for their snacks and drinks.
FECC Visit
On our last morning in Cerritos, we met Ankong and Ama at church for a little playtime. They have a preschool there with a cool playground outside. The kids had a fun time exploring all the slides.
Peanut was a little worried about this big bumpy slide but was able to go down on his own.
After playtime, we went upstairs to see Ankong and Ama’s offices. The preschool kids happened to come out to play and the kids talked and waved to Peanut and Janie through the window.
Peanut also got to try out Ankong’s chair. He looked pretty comfy. I think he’s ready to take over as Senior Pastor.
Cerritos
We’ve arrive in Cerritos and Ta had concrete poured on half his backyard. It’s perfect for trying out this riding toy outside.
The kids also got to play in the sandbox and Ta built a while ago.

Moo Cow
Peanut was having fun cruising around on MooCow today. He’s getting a lot faster and better at turning around corners. He also found it rather funny to bump MooCow into walls.
