Janie is quickly becoming a city girl. We went out for a shopping adventure today after work involving a toddler, the busy city streets, and no stroller! Janie walked to the bus stop and was good about holding Mommy’s hand, hopped on, had her milk on the bus, and got off without a hitch.
We walked down to City Target to pick up a few things and then walked another block to the Muni station. In the Muni station, she was really good about standing up against the wall while we waited for our train. She also waved to the ones that passed by.
On the train, she knew to hold on but also wanted her snack and wanted to see out the window. We made it out and back in about 90 minutes without any trouble. Our toddler loves living in the city. Public transportation is especially fun.
